Watching the Past

The largest solar flare has just been recorded, but because the star is about 135 light-years from earth, the flare actually took plac around the year 1871. So, technically we are seeing the past. Pretty neat.

Meanwhile, here on earth, the winter is beginning to set in. It is becoming more overcast and cooling down a bit; but not too much, which is nice.

I am really excited for Thanksgiving. :)

I graduate in 186 days.

My dad is donating some of my old furniture to a family who, after living in shelters for a while, just got a house, but have no furniture. That makes me feel good.

Happy Election Day.
